You can book a single session if you would like to try it out for the first time, or have a Re-Anchoring Session if you have seen us previously. Re-Anchoring is for anyone who feels they need to be brought back into connection with their Super-Conscious combined with an energy balance as it's been a while since they have had a session. Like any other therapy, multiple sessions are usually needed to really get to the root of the matter and fully heal within yourself. This is an investment in yourself and your wellbeing, this shows yourself you are committing to believing that you will succeed in healing.
